10 seats gained from Lib Dems in Windsor town, and 18 in the whole borough

I seat gained from Independents

No Labour or BNP councillors elected in the borough

Many leading Lib Dem councillors defeated

New council: Conservative 36, Lib Dem 16, Independents 5

 

The Conservatives have saved the weekly refuse collection
